Alexti Realty, LLC respects the privacy of visitors to alextirealty.com. This notice describes the public website’s baseline data practices. Production vendors and integrations must be reflected here before launch.
Information you choose to provide
When you start an inquiry, use Ask Alexti, email the company, or otherwise contact Alexti Realty, you may provide contact information and details about a real-estate goal, property, transaction or service request. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, government identification numbers, protected tenant/applicant records, or other highly sensitive information through public website fields or the AI assistant.
Technical information
The website may receive ordinary server information such as IP address, browser/device data, requested pages and timestamps. BUILD 010 uses privacy-preserving, short-lived request controls for the AI endpoint and does not store public AI chat transcripts in WordPress. Browser storage may remember cookie choices and, when permitted, functional session preferences.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested real-estate information, operate and protect the website, understand website performance when consented analytics are enabled, comply with legal obligations, and support a requested relationship with Alexti Realty.
Service providers and third parties
Hosting, email, mapping, analytics, MLS/IDX, communications, AI or other providers may process information if those services are enabled. BUILD 010 does not itself add advertising trackers. Production vendors should be identified and assessed before launch.

Real-estate and housing information
Website inquiries do not create a brokerage, property-management, landlord-tenant, fiduciary or other professional relationship unless established separately through appropriate agreements. Applicant, tenant and client information should be handled through approved workflows rather than public chat.

For privacy questions or a request concerning information you previously provided directly to Alexti Realty, contact support@alextirealty.com. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to applicable law and record-retention obligations.
Security and retention
Alexti Realty should use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No Internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Information should be retained only as needed for legitimate business, legal, compliance and contractual purposes.
Children
