AI Assistant Disclosure

Ask Alexti is a public information assistant. It is designed to retrieve and summarize Alexti Realty’s published business, service, property, portfolio, location and FAQ information and to route visitors to a human when confirmation is needed.

What the assistant can do

It can explain published services, show source links, summarize public property records, answer common questions and help identify the appropriate contact pathway.

What it cannot do

It must not provide legal or tax advice, guarantee investment returns or financing, make tenant eligibility decisions, perform protected-class housing steering, disclose confidential client/tenant/applicant information, or invent property availability and transaction facts.

Your messages

Do not enter highly sensitive or confidential information. In BUILD 010, public AI chat transcripts are not stored as WordPress conversation records. Short-lived privacy-preserving rate controls may be used to protect the service. If a future remote AI provider is enabled, the Privacy Policy must be updated to identify the resulting data flow and applicable vendor terms.

Property availability, price, representation, management scope, transaction terms and professional advice should be confirmed with Alexti Realty or the appropriate licensed/qualified professional.
